pinch to zoom on Android

Is the pinch gestures available to zoom on Android devices? I saw a Forum post from Dec 2010 stating it is not possible, but I wonder if anything has chance since then. The pinch to zoom doesn't work on my Motorola Xoom.

Hi,

the reason for this is still the Android Flashplayer itself - it still doesn't support Multi-Touch events with more than 1 finger,
krpano itself can't change that,

theoretically it should be possible to catch the the zoom-gesture by Javascript and send it via the Javascript-Flash interface to krpano, but then the gesture would only work in windowed-mode and not in fullscreen-mode - that can be confusing and problematic - so I'm not sure at the moment, if it would make sense to implement that...

I have created a plugin which enables multitouch ("pinch") zoom on Android devices:
Multitouch zoom for Android and Windows 7 devices

Update: Aww crap... I was testing Android support in an AIR app. The AIR app reports multiple points, the Flash Player inside the browser does not.
