Showtext/Textstyle - "Clipped" Text

Hi Folks,

Got the below problem with "showtext" command. As you can see in the below screenshot, the "y" in "Balcony" is clipped when the mouse goes over the hotspot icon. Cannot work out the reason, it's not an issue for any of my other hotspots. I have included the relevant code.

I know there's the "noclip" setting which I've not included in my code but that should be automatically enacted anyway as "true" is the default setting (if I'm not mistaken).

Any workaround suggestions appreciated as ever.

Found a workaround by putting in a space either side of the text (alt+0160- simply using a "space bar space" doesn't work)
