Special characters in SHOWTEXT

HI,

According to documentation, it is not possible to use special characters in SHOWTEXT action and I have to use HEX code instead.
But it does not work for me.

I want to display "John, Peter, Mary". My code is:

What am I doing wrong?

Hi!
Use this showtext( 'John & # 044; Peter & # 044; Marry' );
I'm add spaces between & and # (forum parser change it to , )

The example in the documentation is not very good.

Hi,

the problem here is something different - when using %N where N is a number inside an <action> element, then this tags are referring to calling parameters and when there is no parameter they will resolve to 'null',

to escape the % character here use two % characters, e.g. %%2
