Plug in editor my xml doesn't work on ipad

First sorry for my language i'm french.

I use plug in editor for generated hot spot with url link, it works on my pc not on ipad.
I don't see hotspot and i don't see preload.

I try a different way with v tour, I see hotspot but I don't want a zoom and i want a link on hotspot.

Help me please. *love*

polygonal hotspots are not supported in HTML5 at the moment,

It's not supported ok, I had not seen.
What is the best solution for a hotspot with a link without blur or zoom as VTour.
