Can i change the background color, font color of "error" message?

Hi Klaus,

Is it possible to change/customize the error message whenever XML file doesn't loaded for HTML5 and Flash Version?
I want to remove "FATAL" word, change the background color from black to white and change font color from white to black to gel with my design color scheme.

I have attached the screen shot of about which error I am talking about.

Please let me know How can i change that if possible?
