video hotspot, do's and don'ts?

video hotspot, do's and don'ts?

Hi all,

As I start fiddling with video hotspots (TV monitors) inside my pano, are there any tips on this?
I can safely assume people work with small videofiles for this, based on the size of the hotspot?

Or is there other trickery involved.
