Export single SWF with sound

I just discovered that exporting a tour with sound does not work because it says that streaming mp3 is not supported.

This is really bad. I have a client who needs the tour in a single swf and I can not see any way to do that with sound.

Isn't mp3 always streaming. I tried several editors but I can not find any options to export as nonstreaming mp3.
I also tried to make mp4 with my Quicktime pro and un clicked the streaming option. I changed the xml to mp4 but KRpano sound does not work with it.
Also the protect tool still claimed that it was a streaming file.

As far as I can see this is a problem also with videos.

How come this can not be solved in some way. Its essential for many options. I guess my last time was in connection with distributing a panorama to the press.

I have found the solution to convert the sound to swf. However it does not work for multiple sounds.
You can not control it, sound in one scene continues if you go to next scene and also the sound affect panning, it becomes very "heavy" and if you have both sounds playing also uncontrollable.
