Access all hotspots

Hi,

After a rotation of my panorama, I want the hotspots slowly fade in. But because I named all the hotspots based a UID, its alot of work to target them one by one in 1 big action. So,, I was wondering If and how I could target all the hotspots at the same time in the currentxml with just xml? tween(hotspots.alpha, 1) ?

yes, that's possible - with the "hotspot" or "plugin" variables (without []) the internal layer
of the hotspots or plugins is controlled,
possible attributes: "visible", "enabled" and "alpha"

e.g. - to fade in all hotspots:

Quellcode

1
set(hotspot.alpha,0); tween(hotspot.alpha,1.0);

Klaus

Nice !

Klaus, is there a way to control groups?

let say I have my hotspots/plugins that control the panorama (lets call this the controller group), but I also have other plugins/hotspots that are not related to this, could I just hide unhide every hotspot in the controller group? and leave the others intact?

Hi,

currently not,

but in the next beta8 it is possible to loop through all plugins or hotspots
and e.g. check for a user defined variable...

more informations about this when ready

best regards,
Klaus
