. Since it doesn't support Flash, the only other option would be webGL which is not supported either in iOS (except for iAdds
) ... I doubt the css 3D transform technic would work efficiently for a 360 video, especially if it is in equirectangular projection ... Did you try packaging Krpano with Air as an iOS app ? Dieser Beitrag wurde bereits 2 mal editiert, zuletzt von »officinepanottiche« (27. Juni 2012, 12:22)
I guess you have installed the runtime that allows you to run AIR applications. An AIR application would be developed in AS3 and packaged for the target platform. This could be done with the Flash CS5, Flash Builder , or maybe other IDE's like FDT. You'll most likely find it troublesome if you're not comfortable with AS3 development. Feel free to ask if you need help, I'm curious on how krpano perfoms in an AIR application on iOS, and I'm looking forward to experiment with that too.

. That might be worth considering for whoever uses krpano in "embeddedStartup" mode ... I guess playing with different video encoding formats would make a difference too. Finally, I made a simple test 360-video-player android-app using Away3D 4.0, which is using flash's stage3D latest hardware acceleration ... and I got only 4~6 fps with the same video file ...
