Include big distorted Hotspot?

Hello,
I´m trying to include a big horizontal rectangle as a hotspot. (20 pixel high and about 180° width).
So it should look like a handrail at the houses balcony. The normal way would be to include this rail in the cubefaces in photoshop, but I
need it one layer above (there´s another hotspot between pano and the rail-hotspot.

It´s not working for me because I could not adapt the curved distortion of the pano to the hotspot.
I hope you can understand my problem :)
