No network access available! Message

Hello.

I just purchased the bing maps plugin, however I receive a

"Bing Maps - No network access available! Can't load map tiles!" message.

I have online access and a valid bing maps key.

Same message appears when loading the examples/plugin-examples/bingmaps/bingmaps.html page included in the Viewer download as well.

All help is appreciated.

Did you upload the files to a server? Or do you only have Internet access available?

I have the same problem, but only in local.
I can see the map on the local machine?

Thanks for the replies.

Still no luck as I receive the same information.

I did alter my flash security settings, specifying the folder that contained the files....no success.

The files are not on a server; they are local. I have tried in my office and the network internet connection, as well as on my wireless LAN at home; again no success. I have also tried using both windows 7 and chrome, ie, and mozilla as well as ubuntu12.04 with chrome, chromium and mozilla browsers; again no success.

Can anyone suggest a way to track down the issue?

Thanks again

Doug

Further to my last post, I uploaded the (partial) site to our server and bingmaps works perfectly. However, using locally is still not working.

Are their additional security settings I must investigate?

Thanks in advance.

To close out this thread:

I resolved (mostly) the issue, and it was in fact a flash security settings issue.

The settings still do not work with chrome, but now work fine with mozilla and ie 9.

Thanks to everyone who responded.
