e-card plugin - I get a black screen with "licence error" message - any ideas!?

Hi all,

I have recently bought the e-card plugin and I am using it via Panotour Pro. As per the instructions I have added the following line to my xml file:

<plugin name="ecard" url="ecard.swf" scriptpath="ecard.php" />


And I have uploaded the contents of the php5 folder to test it. However, when I launch the flash file with my virtual tour I get simply get a black screen with the message: Licence Error. Virtual tour works perfectly well if I don't have the e-card in there. Any ideas greatly appreciated!! *smile*

this black screen/license error is from krpano.
do you have uploaded the krpano license file ?

I am using Panotour Pro which has the krpano engine sitting underneath the GUI.

Hi Iceman,

I have managed to solve the licence problem by asking on the Panotour forums. But still I cannot get the thing to work. Maybe when you get time you could have a look at the post I have running there as it explains everything I have done along with screen shots. No need to read the whole history, just scroll down and look at my last post.
