video decoding failed! : mp4, m4v, mp4

good afternoon, I tried to put a video in html5 but not for sending me this error:
video decoding failed!

had a video created and converted flv and DRM CONVERTER, also in flv, mp4 and m4v but still gives the error.

which Browser?

If iOS - see here at 'Supported Media':
iOS-Specific Considerations

If Firefox - there you need to use Ogg Vorbis or WebM as video codec.

I have made good experiences with the 'Miro Video Converter' for converting videos to iPhone/iPad compatible MP4 files:

I have same problem with videos for iBooks. Mp4 simply does not work even if Apple claims it.

There are a lot of solutions and reports about it but nothing that works for KRpano.

Have sent a bug report to Apple.
