I'm still not sure why... but I keep going back and watching another episode. I guess it's something about cheap actors, weak plots and space adventures that just gets me. *rolleyes*

Nice!

Nice tour Tuur *g* !!

I especially like the first sphere, love the creamy water caused by a slow shutterspeed. Nice moody picture.

Yeah!! LaCHOUFFE, hmmm

Hey Tuur, It seems that you appreciate Achouffe beer as much as me,

Since this it the KRBar I think I'll have a LaCHOUFFE right now. If I remember correctly the Achouffe brewery had a panorama on their site but I can't find it anymore.

I recently tried some Maredsous, also very nice, a bit like McCHOUFFE.
Yo people,

i think Shanti deserse some beers !!!

Tuur's 500th post - what will it be

Checking in to see how things go and just saw that Tuur is 1 shy of the magical 500 mark.

Here's a toast to him and everyone else that keeps things moving along.

Of course I expect many more "raised glasses" to Klaus... it's been an amazing year plus.

Take care all,

Graydon

YahOOOO

here is the 500th post ;-)

and i will add a link.. to the miljonairsfair in Amsterdam..

It was very dark iso 1000 f3.5 shutter 1/8...

but shot on thursday evening and published friday morning...

Fergie was very kind and friendly to me but all the time when i had my picture the bodyguards walked over me because they thought i was finished... but i had the rest of the panoo to shoot..

So again not the best quality but very actual!!

more pics to come..

http://www.virtualtuur.com/miljonair/

I hope we get the the beta 9 soon from Santa K.

Cheers All,

Tuur *thumbsup*

congratulations on the 500th post... and it was a great looking "tuur" for the circumstance *thumbup*

I hesitate just a bit in saying this, since it was your 1/2 grand post... but have you tried adding the "fisheye" view to right click options? I believe it would help in reducing the distortion of some of the people... since you were able to get so close, the normal views tend to exagerate the distortion when you start to zoom back (away).

Great job though.

And I still remember when you were just starting out and asking the car dealer people if you could try something different with that new lens you picked up *g*

The same is truth for KLAUS of course *thumbup* .

Can you believe that tuur went from 500th post on Dec 12, 2009 and at the time of writing this has 700+ (I think 707 to be exact)... and that michel is blowing past everyone with 738? I saw where VN2009 is nipping at my heels as well.

A toast to everyone... especially klaus... that burn the midnight oil / candle on both ends / etc...

I do believe that the bar is staying open late tonight.
