I'm not sure how the "smartscale" works?
but to scale a plugin relative the screensize use % values and the "prop" value,

e.g. to make a plugin scaled to 50% of screenheight and with the width scaled proportionally:

but for an hotspot picture is there any resizer ?
"autoscale" seems not works...

Hi,

"autoscale" is only for plugins, for hotspots there are the attributes - "zoom" and "scale"

when "zoom" is set to "true", then the hotspot is scaled with the pano /field of view and with the screensize,
and with "scale" the size of the hotspot is controlled (default scale="1.0")

e.g.
