interactive arrea - how to find coordinates?

Hi,
I checked interactive area in KRPANO examples.
I have front cube face, I extracted from that cube the image/the arrea.
But how can I find the right coordinates and right size??
In the example there is values for

Is there any way to see the progress of finding the right place? Or I have to change values manually and repeat it on and on until the hotspot is in the right place?
