security when sending a pano tour to someone else (unliimited krpano licence)

It has just occured to me that when sending off a pano to a client, (including the pano licence) so they can install a tour on thier own site, that they could easily use the licence themselves if they wanted to. Does this happen, and if so is there a fix to stop them? (Apart from getting physical that is!!!)

you dont have to give them the license file at all. you can point thier tour back to your domain and host the licsense file on your website. as long as your site is working, thier tour will work.

other option will soon be to package the entire tour with krprotect. that will embed the license file into an encrypted .swf or .exe. this is not yet possible without the use of only 1 xml file and scenes. soon i hope we can use it to package multiple xml's.

why not give them a .swf with the license embeded? or host the swf with the license on your domain, and limit the domain?

krprotect is not fully working, but its working enough to do all of that :)
