fatal error tour.xml - loading failed (404) nur iphone 4

hallo,

was verursacht diese meldlung beim onlinezugriff mit dem iphone4 und ipad:
fatal error "tour.xml" - loading failed (404)

sind hier ungültige pfadangaben(sonderzeichen) der auslöser ? xml datei nicht UTF-8 gespeichert ?
mit firefox, chrome und IE funktioniert das pano.

Hi,

ein '404 Error' - bedeutet normalerweise das die Datei am Server nicht gefunden wurde.

also deswegen nicht gefunden, weil die tour.xml in der protecded SWF-datei verpackt war und dadurch für html5 nicht erreichbar sind.

Loading failed (404)

Hello,

This thread seems to have the answer to my question, I'm getting a ****.xml-loading failed! (404) error, it happens randomly, the xml file is there but sometimes it seems to have problems opening it. this has happened in multiple panos.
Any help would be appreciated.
