Add hotspot with external url link and custom title

Hi, i want add a hotspot with a event "onclick" for to open a new webpage, i have try with:

Ok, i have see that was my writing error for not working link, now,
how i can add a title over external link hotspot?

if I understood you correctly, you need to use an event onhover
