simple code for displaying text

Hello

I'm sure this is something very simple, but I can't find it in the samples.
I just want to put a simple text on the virtual-tour.

Can anyone provide a code.

Any input will be appreciated.

Thank you!

Hi,

for displaying text, the textfield plugin need to be used.
Please see here:

Klaus

Thank you for your reply

I tried this but, I'm not sure how to customize it and even use it. I use this code below, but it did not show up.

<layer name="text"
url="textfield.swf"
align="topcenter" x="10" y="10" width="100" height="20"
children="false"
html="Everyone knows Millennium Hilton Bangkok for its' beautiful modern design, the generous buffet at Flow, the Thai diner with a contemporary dance show at Maya, the bar that has the panoramic view Bangkok at 360 Bar. But not many know about the Royal suite a destination by itself"
css="..."
autoheight="true"
vcenter="false"
background="false"
backgroundcolor="0xFFFFFF"
backgroundalpha="1.0"
border="false"
bordercolor="0xFFFFFF"
borderalpha="1.0"
borderwidth="1.0"
roundedge="0"
shadow="0.0"
shadowrange="4.0"
shadowangle="45"
shadowcolor="0xFFFFFF"
shadowalpha="1.0"
textshadow="0.0"
textshadowrange="4.0"
textshadowangle="45"
textshadowcolor="0xFFFFFF"
textshadowalpha="1.0"
onautosized="true"
/>

This is what it looks like:

I wanted to have it look like the attached photo. Is it possible? Also I have the xml in the attached file.

Look forward for your reply. Thanks again

I think your code is good. (I just change a little, here and there.) You can see and test from ciul's depanorama site :

http://depanorama.com/DdHBZ3/1

However, you must include keep="true", if you have many scenes. Every layer disappears when new scene is loaded.

Heomin61 thank you! You've been a great help.
I really appreciated. :)

What about:
- Text color: how can we change text color?
- Show/hide: is it possible?
