Hi Guys, great work by the way. Im just wondering how I would go about loading/poping up an object panorama from a hotspot within a pano? Ive been try to work it out here but isn't really happening for me. Any pointers would me much appreciated!

Thanks
Neil

Andreys object panorama is nothing more than plugins, so you should be able to get it to generate an object set on top of your tour. Use the onclick event of your hotspot to call the buildframes action and pass the necessary values.

We get lines like yours ten times a day, where some "Newbie" is not asking for help but for someone writing the code for them and that´s just not what we´re here for! RTFM, make up your own damn mind and if you then come across some insurmountable problems, we´re here and glad to help you out. Sorry if my lines seems to be a little harsh, but we all did take the time to learn krpano-coding and so should you if you want more than basic-tours.

Best regards
Nupsi

Cheers for the replies. "RTFM" like Nupsi?!? Was I asking for you to do it for me? NO, I was simply asking for direction in how to achieve something as I couldnt find it in the manual & cant get it to work. I think you need to get your head out of your ass judging by your other ranting posts!
Anyway thanks nefar1ous, I am trying to build the frames into a target layer within a plugin. It just seems to load it on top of the pano rather than inside the plugin. Is this possible to achieve?
Thanks

If you would have asked for a specific problem-solution you couldn´t solve by yourself, peasn, I´d be glad to help you out. But all you did was posting a howto-request, without any code or example of what you´ve got so far done by yourself. So my friendly! suggestion to take a look at the manual first was just as detailed as your question. Oh and btw...you startet to put the conversation that way "Do you not get out much numpty?"! What did you expect how an answer would look like, behaving like that? And if you suggest ever again getting my head out of my ass, I´ll put my foot up yours!

@Andrey
I´d love to be polite and you know I am, but sometimes enough is enough! Took him only two posts at all here at the forums to offend someone - what a great start!

Best regards
Nupsi

Sorry Andrey, it just annoyed me as I am trying to learn how the code works and not seeking others to do it for me as suggested.
Andrey can you set a layer as the target to build the frames/do the for loop? I cant seem to get it to build within a layer. Thanks

Hmm, I read many posts and wonder why the people do not show their links?
Many questions, many lines of comments and no link to the "not working" sample.

I can imagine much more the problem when I can see the tour online.

Am I right?

We sow many questions:

Zitat

Hey guys, how to make tour?

And many questions has answer on http://www.krpano.com/docu/ page ;-)

And one more thing - better attach xml file instead copy and paste code to post.

It should be fairly straight forward by setting the parent to the target plugin/layer. In the buildframes code, set parent to the target layer. If you haven't figured it out let me know. Soon I will be doing exactly that because I need the objects in a small "window" myself.

Cheers.

Thanks for the reply nefar1ous, yea I was able to work that out after a bit of messing about with it, so as you sugested I set a parent layer within the buildframes code and works. *smile*

Is there any idea how to make a similar way click - autorotation and the transition by double click to full screen?

On, and "off" topic

Not a problem at all. I am glad you were able to work it out and that my suggestions helped without pointing you to the docs or teaching krpano :) Of course I only answered the more direct questions.

Two years of this and sometimes I still feel like a newby. And I often post questions for which I should know the answer. And I sometimes post hoping someone won't point me to the docs. I'd much rather have someone request money to do the code when I can't figure it out, or don't have the time to deal with it.

Some guys are born coders... Nupsi and Andrey are a couple of good ones. Of which, I personally call mindlessboss.. Andrey the Great! Follow him and buy his code (plugins)... you will learn a lot. He is generous to the community and pretty good with support. I'll never understand why he chose the username "mindless" as he is far from that.

I'd be interested in seeing your final result if you'd care to share a link to your tour (personal message is ok if you don't want a public post). I am curious to what you are building.
