SOLVED: unknown action: plugin[...].playvideo

Sorry if this is a stupid question, after a long break without using videos, I cannot mangage to implement one when the plugin is placed outside a certain scene tag. In other words, this one here shows the video (on a background image):

<scene tag ... >

		<hotspot name="clip_1"
				ath="25.195" atv="1.060"
				style="video-hs"
		  		onclick="
		  				a_popupvideo(movie1,%SWFPATH%/movies/ornament1.mp4);
		  				"
		         	/>

							<plugin name="movie1"
						    	url="%SWFPATH%/plugins/videoplayer.swf"
						    	alturl="%SWFPATH%/plugins/videoplayer.js"
						    	parent="bg_video"
						    	align="lefttop"
						    	edge="lefttop"
						    	videourl=""
						    	posterurl=""
						    	alpha="0"
                            	...
						    	/>
</scene>

	<action name="a_popupvideo">
				  ...
		  		plugin[%1].playvideo(%2);

	</action>

whilst this one shows only the background image and gives me the "unknown action: plugin[movie1].playvideo" error:

<scene tag ... >

<hotspot name="clip_1"
ath="25.195" atv="1.060"
style="video-hs"
onclick="
a_popupvideo(movie1,%SWFPATH%/movies/ornament1.mp4);
"
/>

</scene>

<plugin name="movie1"
url="%SWFPATH%/plugins/videoplayer.swf"
alturl="%SWFPATH%/plugins/videoplayer.js"
parent="bg_video"
align="lefttop"
edge="lefttop"
videourl=""
posterurl=""
alpha="0"
...
/>

<action name="a_popupvideo">
...
plugin[%1].playvideo(%2);

</action>

[/code]

Anyone pointing me in the right direction?

Michael

That looks like it should work.. No errors on the plugins being not found?
%SWFPATH%/plugins/videoplayer.swf or %SWFPATH%/plugins/videoplayer.js

When I saw your reply, I thought "genius" immediately :-) ... but sadly enough - no, that was not the 'missing link' ...

You need to provide a link to the tour.

Sorry guys for coming back to you late...
try keep="true' parameter in your movie1 plugin...

You did not promise... but THAT did the trick. Sigh...

Thanks a lot to all of you for dealing with this issue.
