Text Flickers onhover events when changing the HTML dynamically

I am calling an action when hovering over a plugin.
The action dynamically resets the HTML of a textfield. This causes the Text to flicker during onhover event.

Hi!
for this case you need to use ONOVER instead ONHOVER
because onhover event call over and over again until you hold your mouse pointer over plugin
but onover call just once when mouse pointer come to over a plugin

Thanks Andrey, too far into the a.m. hours i guess. So tired I let frustration get the better of me. I got it backwards and argued with myself about who was correct, left or right side of my brain :)

And it never hurts to have these here for those who get lost, confused, or stay up too many hours looking at code.
