I like it.
however, the video quality isn't up to today's visual standards. The preload download time is already quite long. I suggest to triple the filesize/quality and cut the length of the initial video by one tenth. (better visual impression and a bearable pre load time)
Then offer a continue full concert down link option for those who want to wait out the twenty minutes to down load full concert in HD)
