Hotspots Missing in HTML5 but OK in Flash

Hi!

I'm a newbie playing around with this software.

I've used the vtoureditor to add hotspots, works fine in Flash, but when I set it to view in HTML5, the hotspots disappear (I can still click the are where the hotspots are) but the arrows are missing. Is this a common error, and any idea how I can fix this?

I am not an expert but I can give it a shot.

Check the hotspot statement and see if there is a devices=, if that is set to flash it will not show in HTML5
I could be wrong but as I said, I am giving it a shot...

Thanks for the reply!

Do you mean this line:

<hotspot name="spot1" style="hotspot_ani_white" ath="-122.694" atv="4.989" linkedscene="scene_store-pt1back" />

This is all I have for the hotspot code right now!

try removing double styles definition: hotspot_ani_white and hotspot_ani_black. Maybe IOS is confused. As I am not using scene -> not sure if name of the hotspots can be the same. You can turn on editor and take a look at xml in memory and find definition of your hotpost. Copy it somewhere and than do the same in HTML5 and compare. Something must be wrong/differently defined. I would go that direction.
