Does the HTML5 Textfiled not scale according to its parent when the parent has scalechildren="true" set and the parent resizes.

Currently, I have removed all CSS text height properties in an effort to get a positive result. The size then defaults to decent size, but still does not appear to scale on resize events. I have a scalable window loaded with map and legend for dual languages.

IF the textfield is not capable of scaling, anyone know a good solution for resizing / scaling text on ipad?

Yeah, it didn't take long to figure out this was not an option, so I just made the language options for my scalable map with static images.
