Click on hotspot --> URL should change

Hello,
is it possible to dynamically change the url if I click on a hotspot?
For example - I start with www.url.com/tour.html?scene=pano1
then I click on a krpano hotspot and the URL automatically changes to ...?scene=pano2

How can this be done?
