Letter from a patent agent

Hello to all,

I built nearly half a year ago for a customer a little virtual tour with two panoramas and some hotspots to the products of his webpage bulilt with KRPANO for flash and HTML5.
Today he got a letter from a patent agent, that the technology to show 360° panoramas with hotspots on mobile devices is protected by a "Gebrauchsmusterschrift DE 20 2007 019 508 U1" from 13.6.2013. My customer sall pay licence to a company "Topexpert GmbH" in D82140 Olching. The patent agent is "Patentanwalt Rudolf Opitz" from D33332 Gütersloh.
Did anyone of you know more about this company an the "Gebrauchsmusterschutz"?
Whart shall i do? I don't think that all of our customers shall pay to this company.

The http://www.panorama-forum.net/wbb/index.…D=8829&pageNo=1 is an Offenlegungsschrift dated 2.8.2008.

The Hans-Dietrich is referring to "Gebrauchsmusterschrift DE 20 2007 019 508 U1" from 13.6.2013. The Topexpert company and R. Opitz is the same. Seems they work very diligently. Not sure why the patent is mentioning directly 360 degree pano navigation.


I don't trust Big Brother/IG Farben.
