Hi,

I know about that Samsung Note 2 specific problem - but the reason for this is the buggy stock browser of that device itself!
Maybe try reporting the issue at Samsung directly... many other Samsung Android devices are working fine...

I'm not sure what's the exact reason for this buggy rendering behavior or if it would be possible to fix this by some insane workarounds - therefore I would recommend using other Android browsers like Firefox, Chrome or Opera.
