The hotspots don't work properly in the Tour Editor

The hotspots don't work properly in the Tour Editor

Hello,

I am in process to build my first virtual tour, using KRpano. The droplets work great.
Then I am trying to set up couple hotspots in the tour editor, some how "click and drug " doesn't work, so I can not put the hotspot in the right place.
Any suggestions?
