Non Pano image with a hotspot

Hi,
I am trying to create just a regular image with a hotspot on it which links to an actual panoramic.
I have seen some image viewers but they don't seem to go full screen like the panoramics do.
Essentially I want it to function like a panoramic viewer but without the spinning.

Some months ago there was a demo tour in which I inserted flat images as scenes. I just dropped photos into Make Pano Multires droplet and then inserted the results in the tour. Adding hotspot into the scene won't be great trouble, I'm sure.
