hotspot appears out of nowhere?

Hello,

Second day learning here and not sure why a hotspot randomly appears when viewing the tour out of nowhere.

I have designated hotspots to appear in certain locations (i.e. entrances, exits, and etc). However, when opening the tour.html, extra hotspots are seen in random places like on a ceiling.

I tried playing around with my vtour editor but nothing seems to do a thing.

Is this a bug?

Here's a sample pic

Hi,

you are using the HTML5 viewer and Firefox, right?

The reason for this is the Firefox browser itself - Firefox isn't able to use hardware-accelerated layers (=CSS3D rendering) for some reason, so the hotspots were rendered with the buggy Firefox software-rendering, which is the buggy rendering is the reason for that effect.

You are also expiring a slow rendering performance, or?

Try:
- Updating Firefox
- Updating your graphic card drivers

If still not working:
- enter - about:config - in the Firefox url bar
- then enter - layers.acceleration.force-enabled - in the search field
- check that setting to true by double clicking it

Best regards,
Klaus

Hello Klaus,

Thank you for the suggestions. Yes I am using Firefox with html5.

I understand the situation with firefox. I'll keep that in mind.
