beginner question.

I would like to know how can I place my name and contact no to the top center of the screen in every room 'just like the vtour above'

Please also advice me where can i put the code into? Is it in the vtourskin.xml or tour.xml

explore the examples from Klaus package. Find any plugin/layer and adapt it to your needs. Take care to have keep="true" visible="true" and url to your png. Read documentation about the alignment and place it exactly where you want.
It is pretty simple to do. You can place it where ever you want just not in the middle of other plugin/hotspot definitions.
