Difference between FLAT & MULTIRES FLAT

Hi,

My main job is doing flat images (HD paintings). What is the interest to have an option to make FLAT PANOS and MULTIRES with #1FLAT PANOS ?

I understand FLAT is only flash, but is there a real difference between the two droplets (more tiles ?) ?

I must make panos visible in HTML5 so now I go with the multires flat, just asking... *squint*

Hi,

there is no technical difference, only the default skin is the difference.
The FLAT droplet uses the drag2d control by default and has the viewing limits set to see the whole flat pano at once at startup.
But that can be all changed also after creation.

Best regards,
Klaus

I know the multires is html5 ready. The question was, what makes the droplet "Make Pano Flat" not to be html5 ready ?
Anyway, I'm using now the "Make Pano Multires (with option 1, Flat) and I'm happy that we can use it on Ipad and mobile devices. Great Job Klaus :)
