Vignette

How can I make sure to get a plugin (png) to fade in before the pano preview loads and once the pano loads do a fade out. Oh, and I like to do it in a vtour.

The problem is, that the vignette png always loads after the pano preview and it pops up. I'd like is to get the vignetting to load and to fade in and fade out, once the pano loads.
