Pausing krpano js animation frame update

A running panorama with autorotate uses quite some processing power (which is okay). However, the performance of even a simple autocompleter on the same page can be quite bad. Is there a way to pause the main animation loop from JS while the user is interacting with my form control or limit the frame rate? I tried to stop autorotation, but animation frames are still processed.

Hi,

the pano will be only updated/rendered when there is some movement in the pano.
When it is standing still, it will be not redrawn and shouldn't use any cpu power.
I tried to stop autorotation, but animation frames are still processed.
What exactly do you mean with 'still processed'?
When there is no autorotation and also no other pano movement, there should be also no redraws.

Best regards,
Klaus

Thank you so much, this time it worked. Last time I tried I still saw the animation frame updates in my JS-Profiler, but I must have forgotten a tween.
