onmouseover drag layer.

Play with the "dragable layers/plugins" example from the Krpano download package. Anyway it must be modified to your needs. By the way, how is the layer dragged in your scheme? The hotspots stays still and the layer follows mouse or should hotspot and layer both move?

maybe an action like this, triggered by the hotspot "onhover"

When the screen is resized check the window position to see if it is wrong and fix it.
