How to embed client logo with the link to his web site in the pano ?
Thank you,

That depends on the type of a logo you want. An example of a nadir logo can be found in the Krpano download package (krpano/examples/xml usage/nadir logo).

If you want a logo placed as layer on the screen, then solution might be something like this:

Source code

1
2
3
<layer name="logo"
 url="logo.png" keep="true" enabled="true" width="150" height="150" align="righttop" x="10" y="10" alpha="0.5" onover="tween(alpha,1,1);" onout="tween(alpha,0.5,1);" onclick="openurl('http://www.google.com.ua',_blank);"
	/>

Try this code (changing image url and website address, of course *smile* ). Note that openurl(); works only if a tour is published online due to Flashplayer security settings.

Hope this helps *tongue*

Alexey

Ho Alexey,

Could you tell me which file I add this code to?

Thank you very much! :)

If you use standard MakeVtour droplet, then it already has a logo layer in the "tour.xml" file:

Source code

1
2
<!-- set optional skin logo url -->
	<layer name="skin_logo" url="" scale="0.25" opened_onclick="openurl('...',_blank);" />

Just modify it to your needs.

Alexey

Hi again Alexey,

I tried everything exactly like you wrote but it gives me the following:

"ERROR: plugin[skin_logo] loading error:" (image location URL)

I know the image location is correct because I've highlighted it, paste it in the URL box and it pulls up correctly.

Is there perhaps a "plugin" that needs to be turned on/activated or uploaded?

Thanks again for your help and guidance! :)

Gabriel

Any idea on what I am missing here?

I've noticed their are plugins people sell do I need one of these to have this work?

Thanks again!

Hi! No need to buy anything, of course! Your error says that Krpano can't find your logo image. Check paths to the file you use as logo.

Alexey
