Textfield centered above hotspot, not mouse cursor?

How can I have the textfield, using showtext, center in a fixed position over a hotspot verses following the mouse cursor? I know I've seen this in the past but I can't find out how to do it.

Thanks,
Phil

Hi,

a fixed position over a hotspot is not possible with the showtext() action.

See here the origin setting:
http://krpano.com/docu/xml/#textstyle

It only allows either a position related to the mouse cursor or to screen coordinates.

For showing a text over a hotspot, a textfield plugin element as children of the hotspot could be used, which will be shown and hidden via the onover/onout events of the hotspot itself.

Best regards,
Klaus

Hello,
I'm new to krpano codes and I'm trying to achieve the same thing : A text above a spot. Can you share an example of this plugin code ?
thank you very much !
