Strange bug with iOS Gyro goes 90°

If I look at this image on iOS and have the device in landscape position and turn on the gyro it will flip the image on its side, very strange, I wonder what kind of mistake I have done with the XML...

Note: if I have the device in Vertical position the Gyro works fine, its only in Landscape mode.

Is that on an iframe? Thats one problem that the gyro has.

I do believe that PanoPress for Wordpress uses iframe. It is strange that another one has no problems what so ever.

Ok so I have now moved the Gyro plugin to the same server (as in same domain) and only load tiles from Amazon and now its working just fine.

So basically iFrame and loading Gyro plugin from another Domain is a no go as of now.

Hi,

the device orientation information is only available in the 'top-most' frame on a web-page.

That means when the viewer is running inside an iframe, it needs to access that 'top-most' frame and get the information from there.

And there the problem - when the iframe is located on an other domain, then the browser is not permitting that access for security reasons - and therefore the Gyro can't work correctly.
