Uploading photos to an existing tour

Hi

I am trying to create an application where people can upload their own photographs to the panorama tour that I have created.

They would be able to attach current visuals (2d Photographs )of certain assets as and when they need to.

Any ideas on how to go about this with minimum meddling of code for users?
