Changes needed to always use HTML5

Hello everybody,

I'm currently working on this virtual tour: http://cmdc.pt/360/tour.html , it's still in some ways a prototype but there are some problems that to a person like me, who has no knowledge of coding and programming, give me an headache. Right now is running on flash but i need it to always run on HTML5 and im having trouble understanding the changes that i have to do for it to run perfectly on devices too.

Thank you for your time.

Hi,

partial panos like in your examples aren't support in HTML5 yet.
Only cubical and flat panos are supported in HTML5.

But you can try to reduce the default 'converttocubelimit' setting in the .config files to let the tools also convert these images to cubicals to get it working in HTML5:
http://krpano.com/tools/kmakemultires/co…verttocubelimit

Best regards,
Klaus

Thank you for your help,

I have just one quick question, to obtain cube droplets i need to use the convert sphere to cube tool but that doesn't seems to be working, maybe because of me but when i drop the image to convert it gives me a error: ERROR: loading config - "templates\convertdroplets.config" - failed!
Does it have to do with those limits you said?

Thanks

Hi,

are you on Windows?
If yes, please make sure that whole path of the krpano tools contains only ASCII characters.

There is a bug with Unicode characters in the krpano tools in the current version. This will be fixed in the next release.

Best regards,
Klaus
