I have something strange happening with some of the 360 videos. Some play perfectly and start streaming immediately however our recent videos created it waits for the entire video to download before it starts playing. The krpano code has not changed to play the content. I believed its only how the video is encoded. We use HandBrake to prepare out content however seem to have lost the proper hand brake setting, I think it has something to do with the header of the video file not being at the beginning of the video file vs waiting for the whole video to load and then start streaming. Because once the entire video is loaded it knows how long to stream the content.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

Awesome Tuur thank you I will try. Not sure though why it doesn't work any more in Hand Brake. I believe its because there is not start up header in the video file which is strange. Must be a new setting that is causing this issue.
