The rendering of the html is fully done by the Flashplayer itself. Changing or fixing here anything is not possible. Only Adobe could do that, but it seems they have stopped any development here already several years ago.Is this really not possible to fix.
The [br] tag should work in HTML5, but <br> will not work because the xml syntax would not accept not-closed tags (unless the <data> element will have CDATA tags to escape the content), correct would be <br/> here.break is not accepted in xml for HTML5. Just gives me an error on iPad and if you chevck the xml on desktop.
The missing image is one of the strange Flashplayer html rendering bugs, try to remove ALL whitespaces before the first image. Or try using the new 1.17.1 version - there the textfield plugin trims the leading whitespaces away by its own.

The basic problem is that the Flashplayer can't handle the textflow around the images well or correctly, so it can be necessary to 'help' the Flashplayer by adding several [br] linebreaks for positioning the texts...
