Is there plugin size limit on iOS?

I have a large plugin which shows fine on Windows but not on iOS (iPad). The plugin is a PNG image 1738x6588. Are there any plugin size limitations?

Taking in care that the pano tiles cannot be bigger than 2048 on ipad, for avoiding memory and crash issues, I would try to keep it smaller, maibe you could just resize it down till you check its working well, and of course you can use alturl for having especific graphics for those devies. But more than 2000*2000 I think its already too much.
