Flashing a yellow light when loading new pano issue

hi, i would like to know if someone has problema with new krpano version becouse in my virtual tour there is a flashing yellow light when loading new pano, as show in this picture #mce_temp_url#


This happens only with virtual tour online. Same files offline work fine.


What's may be?

Hi,

that's related to the current WebGL rendering and the background color (or the page color behind the pano when using a transparent background color).

Change the webpage background color to black (as its by default) to avoid that behavior.

The problem itself will be fixed in the version 1.19.

i notice that i have problem on safari:
- on windows there isn't flashing problem (work online and local);
- on mac there is the flashing problem (only online) and the navigation isn't fluid (online and local).

why in local there in's flshing webgl problem?

Are you really sure that HTML5+WebGL is in use and not HTML5+CSS3D or Flash?!

The problem itself is known and as I had described it above.
Change the background color to black and it will work!

Thanks, i used more dark bacground color to fix it. In local ambient start flash and i haven't problem. Great Klaus
