drag & zoom image won't work in andriod

hi,i make one tour with zoom & drag image action, it works in iphone and ipad,but doesn't work in sungsang note3 .what wrong with it. is it because of the system.how can i fix it

i met the same problem on many andriod phone!on andriod 4.4!and use the krpano website example

Check the status of touchzoom at this device. Make some traces to see how it is set. Most probably your issue is in usecase: ondown.touch is calling onover where touchzoom is set to false... Explore there

Are you crazy?
Using an illegal/hacked krpano license and then asking for support?!!! *thumbdown*

If you want to use krpano, buy and use a legal license!
