The playbackrate is a setting of HTML5 video - krpano only passes the setting. How it will work depends on the browser.Can you put a sample of playbackrate html video , we test and cannot do. And second question is, will it containt 0.6 0.7 or 0.05 etc?
Sorry, not sure what you mean...Find problem, html5=always we used but if we not delete videoplayer.swf file it not show. I think there is a simple bug in here. (not call videoplayer.js file if not delete videoplayer.swf file)

You could detect this case in the xml and then link (via openurl) to the MP4 file.Ideally if there isn`t a Webgl or Flash version - a massage appears prompting the user to simply open the MP4 file.
