Map side by side with video ??

Hi

Does anyone know how to get a map on one side (if possible Openstreetmap and not Google Maps) and aside the video playing (with point moving on card so you know all the time where video has been shot !). Something similar to this: http://www.tracksphere.com/view/www-kari…n-overland-2014

I think with the moving hotspots procedure it would be 'easy'..
