problem in krpano 1.16.9 - html 5

I have some problem with Textfield plugin in html 5(krpano version 1.16.9), I get a 404 Error

here is the code, when I click "close window" error apears

Without testing it and a very quick look you seems to have at least one syntax error :
Title/b]

It should be working on 1.16.9, but why you don't update to 1.18.2 ?
